Thomas Brophy, CFP®, ChFC®

Thomas Brophy is the Associate Branch Manager of Baird’s Sioux Falls office, where he leads the team with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service. In his role, Thomas is responsible for supporting advisors and ensuring clients receive comprehensive, thoughtful financial guidance aligned with their long-term goals, values, and risk tolerance. He is passionate about fostering a collaborative culture that helps both clients and advisors thrive.

A lifelong learner, Thomas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Construction Management from Dordt University, followed by an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation and the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation.

Thomas and his wife Amanda have three children, Judah, Joelle, and Miriam, as well as their dog Finn. He is actively involved in his church and enjoys serving with the technology and production team. In his free time, Thomas enjoys hiking, fishing, reading, and playing basketball.
