Ally is the Market Director for Minnesota (Edina, Minnetonka, Rochester, and St. Paul branches) Eau Claire and La Crosse, WI and Sioux Falls, SD. Where she leads the branch’s strategic direction and supports financial advisors in delivering exceptional client experience. She focuses on fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and common‑sense problem‑solving, ensuring her team has the resources and guidance necessary to serve clients with excellence.
Before joining Baird, Ally spent 11 years in leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, most recently serving as the Area Manager for Minnesota. Across her 20‑year career in financial services, she has worked closely with financial advisors to help them expand and elevate their practices. Her experience includes advisor development, talent growth and retention, and building strong cross‑business partnerships—all while balancing field‑level needs with firm‑wide strategy.
Outside the office, Ally is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, and camping. She has served as a Sierra Club guide since 2016 and completed her first thru‑hike of the Superior Hiking Trail in 2019.
